The Office of the Chief Inspector investigates complaints concerning breaches of fundamental rights within designated asylum border facilities. All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality and without undue delay.

  • An applicant residing at a designated asylum border facility.

  • A legal representative acting on behalf of such an applicant.

For decisions on your asylum application, please contact the International Protection Office (IPO) or the Tribunal for Asylum and Return Appeals (TARA). We cannot assist with these matters.
